What is the purpose of the site? The purpose of the site is to enable you to store personal letters online and then when you have passed on, those letters would be distributed to the people that you have specified.

Can I just use a word processor to achieve the same thing?

Yes you can, but Letter From Beyond enables you to do much more. You can log into your account from anywhere in the world to edit your letters, this means you will not have to think about where you stored your letters on your computer. Your letters are also backed up every day so that if your computer were to have problems, you need not worry that you have lost all your letters.

What is your security policy?

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information.

When our pages ask users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our payments page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, as will be the case for most of the time that a user is browsing the web.

How do I sign up?

Simply complete the Create Your Account page, you can then start writing your letters using your completely FREE account.

How much does membership cost?

We currently offer two packages that you can sign up for. The Standard package is £4.99 and the Premium package is £8.99 More information regarding the two can be found on our Free Account Offer page.

How can I change my details?

You can change all of your details (except sign in name) at any time by updating your My Accounts page when you sign in.

How do I Pay?

Payment can be made using a credit card or debit card on our payment provider's secure server. All sensitive information is held in an encrypted form on their servers using techniques that are recognised as robust and secure by the industry.

How will I find out when my account is due for renewal?

Whenever you sign in, simply go to your My Account page and you will see exactly how many days you have left. You will also be reminded in the form of an E-mail 1 month prior to this date. Another E-mail will be sent 1 week before hand.

What happens if I do not renew my account?

If you do not renew, your account enters a suspended state. You will then be prompted to renew the next time you sign in.
